Judgement before drafting
Serious matters are rarely lost on a point of law. They are lost on a decision taken too quickly, on a clause lifted from the wrong precedent, or on a question nobody asked in time.
The practice is built for that. Few matters, each handled personally, in conditions where confidentiality is not a decorative clause. The work is to identify early what actually matters, to say it plainly, including when the answer is unwelcome, and then to document the decision properly.
Clients are entrepreneurs, international family offices, boards and private clients. What they have in common is rarely the size of the transaction. It is the need for discretion, and for an opinion that commits the person giving it.
