The contact form collects the data you enter into it: your name, your email address, where given your company and the subject of your enquiry, and the content of your message. The date and time of sending are recorded.

Do not send confidential information, sensitive documents, or anything covered by a confidentiality undertaking through this form. A first message is there to identify the question, not to set out the file.

Processing of the form data rests on your consent, given by voluntarily sending the message, and on the legitimate interest of the practice in answering an enquiry addressed to it and in establishing, before any examination, that nothing stands in the way of the matter being taken on.

Where the exchange leads to an engagement, processing then rests on the performance of that engagement and on the legal obligations that accompany it.

Hosting this site involves recording technical connection data, including the IP address and the user agent, for security and for the proper operation of the service. That data is not used to profile you and is not sold on.

This site uses no advertising cookie and carries out no behavioural tracking for targeting purposes.

Messages sent through the form are read by the practice. They are not sold, rented, or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

The technical providers of the site are involved only so far as necessary, including the host and the email delivery service.

Messages that do not lead to an engagement are kept for as long as is needed to deal with the enquiry, then for a limited period allowing the practice to account for how it was handled, and are then deleted.

Where an engagement is accepted, the file data is retained in accordance with the professional and legal obligations governing the retention of files.

Under the Data Protection Act 2017 you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, to request its erasure, to object to its processing or to ask that processing be restricted, and to withdraw your consent at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commissioner of Mauritius.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures protect the data sent through this site. No system is infallible, and sending sensitive information through any online form is inadvisable, whoever the recipient is.
